About
Liz is a Gloucestershire-based Integrative Movement Coach, CHEK practitioner, and Pilates teacher.
She has studied movement and corrective exercise extensively, blending her knowledge from the CHEK system and other modalities to train all types of clients - from those in need of rehabilitation to professional athletes.


My mission
Everyone’s journey to becoming pain-free, vital, and truly in charge of their life is unique.
At the core of the CHEK approach is the understanding that no two bodies are the same. Each person has a different lifestyle, physical makeup, stress load, and environment. That’s why a one-size-fits-all approach just doesn’t work. Instead, we focus on your unique needs, respecting the way your body’s systems work together—because your health is more than just one isolated part.
As a CHEK Practitioner, I guide you through a holistic, individualised path to optimal health and performance. We focus on balancing four key pillars: Movement, Nutrition, Rest, and Happiness. This means addressing the root causes of your challenges rather than just treating symptoms.
By rewiring habits, optimising movement patterns, nourishing your body, and creating space for recovery and joy, we work together to build long-lasting vitality.

Services

Integrative movement and lifestyle coaching
You don’t need to be a professional athlete or have a physical injury to reap the rewards of working with Liz.
She has many clients with varying goals around weight loss, improving nutrition, core training, and strength building.
This incorporates a series of in-depth assessments to design a tailored corrective exercise and lifestyle programme, building awareness of movement patterns and lifestyle choices.

Peak performance coaching
Liz offers sports-specific training for clients who participate in a wide range of sports - from horse riding or golf, to tennis and football.
Through an understanding of how our body systems integrate, on a physical, mental and emotional and chemical level, Liz addresses all of these where many do not and prescribe a health and exercise programme based on these factors and the demands of the sport.

Injury, pain & rehabilitation
Rehabilitation programmes targeting health on a holistic level to manage injuries or pain.
After a full body assessment, a personal programme will be created to target not just the specific injury or pain, but every aspect of the client’s health.
