❋ What to expect

This is Pilates with a twist. I love Pilates for its intelligence and precision, but as a lover of all movements, my group classes go beyond the traditional format. Expect a blend of Pilates, barre and functional training designed to build real strength, control and confidence in your body.
These classes are dynamic, purposeful and not gentle.

❋ The vibe

For me, movement is JOY and I want my clients to have a movement practice they love. 
Classes are strong, sweaty and (mostly) fun, set to a good playlist that keeps things moving. There may be shaking, there will be a burn, and you’ll definitely feel like you’ve worked — but in a way that leaves you energised, not broken.
Think flow, spice and challenge… with plenty of encouragement along the way.

❋ Who is it for?

These sessions are suitable for anyone who wants to move well, feel strong and enjoy the process. You don’t need to be “good at Pilates” — just open to being challenged and curious about your body.
We’re a friendly bunch & everyone is welcome. No ego, no judgement, no pressure to perform. You can take breaks whenever you need them.
That being said, if you are struggling with a serious injury, please chat to me before booking on as it may not be the best movement choice for you. 

❋ What to bring

Please bring:
  • Your own mat
  • 2 x hand weights/mini dumbbells (if you have them - ideally between 1-3kg depending on your current strength level)
