Identifying Root Causes
Corrective coaching starts with a thorough assessment to pinpoint the underlying issues, such as muscle imbalances, lifestyle choices, reduced joint mobility or stability and faulty movement patterns
Targeted Interventions
Once the problems are identified, the coach develops a corrective exercise and lifestyle program focusing on improving specific areas like joint mobility, muscle balance, optimal strength, athletic power and ideal metabolism.
Functional Strength
Corrective coaching emphasizes functional strength, which is the ability to move efficiently and powerfully in real-life situations, rather than just building isolated muscle mass.
